The motion asks, amongst other things, for the Adelaide City Council to light up the Adelaide Town Hall in the colours of the Palestinian flag in solidarity with the Palestinian People.

Councillor Arman Abrahimzadeh is bringing a Motion On Notice to the City of Adelaide on Tuesday, 14th November at 5:30pm asking the council to support South Australian communities impacted by the situation in Palestine.

You can help support the passage of the motion by doing ALL of the following:

1) Sign this online petition that details the motion.

2) Attend the meeting at Adelaide Town Hall on Tuesday to witness the debate and the vote.

3) Before the meeting, call and email the Lord Mayor and Councillors asking for their support for the motion. You can find their details on the council’s website and on the information sheet linked below.
