Join the Great Ride of Return and raise funds for the Gaza Sunbirds!

The Gaza Sunbirds are a para-cycling team from Gaza, Palestine, founded in 2020 by Alaa al-Dali and Karim Ali. They consist of para-cyclists who aim to represent Palestine at the Paralympic Games. Beyond competition, the Sunbirds have expanded their mission to include humanitarian aid distribution, particularly in response to the ongoing conflict in Gaza. 

The Great Ride of Return is held on the anniversary of Naksa Day (5 June), marking the 1967 occupation and the continued displacement of Palestinians.

The Gaza Sunbirds are also about reclaiming the future - through unity, dignity and resistance on wheels.
