Showcasing Palestinian Culture

Join members of South Australia’s Palestinian community as we share Palestinian culture
and history. This family-friendly event will showcase Palestinian cuisine, culture, artefacts and fashion. All welcome.

11:00am – Doors open

11:30am – Welcome & speeches

12:15pm - Palestinian National Anthem

12:30pm – Lunch (cost from $2-$3)

1:30pm – Dabke (Tradition Palestinian dancing)

1:45pm - Live music

2:10pm - Spoken Word Art

2:20pm - Fashion show & Palestinian dress competition

2:40pm - Poetry

2:55pm - Children’s dance

3:00pm – End of formalities

Live music until 4:00pm.

AND... Dress-up in your traditional Palestinian outfits for a chance to win prizes!
