Mansaf with side dish of cabbage salad and namoura sweets. Mansaf is a traditional Arab dish of lamb or chicken cooked in a sauce of fermented dried yoghurt and served with rice or bulgur. It is a very celebratory meal often made on special occasions such as weddings and dinner parties.
